If you have used industrial machines before with a clutch motor you know they are noisy, lack speed control and consume more power than industrial machines with a drive shaft. So we’ll apply direct drive servo motor on it in case our customers are suffering from noisy environment and not eco-friendly power consuming.
In addition, the distance from the sewing machine lever to the needle on the front of the sewing machine head is large enough to facilitate the sewing material.
