1. When electrical signals are sent to the X, Y and Z single chip microcomputer system for motor speed up and down processing, and then output the motor signals for embroidery machine digital sewing.
2. The power amplifier will boost the power of motor signals, to make the X and Y stepping motors drive the tension frame to complete the feeding movement between X and Y range. At the same time, the Z stepper motor is driven to make the needle move up and down, so that the embroidery process can be carried on continuously.
3. The Z stepper motor drives the transmission mechanism of the machine head to rotate through the synchronous toothed belt. The specific mechanism of the machine head makes the upper thread through sewing machine needle move downward and puncture the fabric; The rotary shuttle in the thread hook mechanism rotates to make the surface thread bypass the bobbin case which with the bobbin thread hidden; Take-up mechanism moves, feeding the upper thread, tightening stitch lines, and prepare for next stitch round.
4. X, Y stepper motor drives silk frame and fabric to move in plane through synchronous toothed belt and other mechanisms. Each stitch point on the fabric to be embroidered is sent to the machine needle for embroidery. The speed of machine needle up and down movement is coordinated with the movement direction, ratio and speed of the tension frame, so that the top thread and the bottom thread are twisted, and the double thread lock stitch is made on the fabric. When the embroidery goes on continuously, such as in the case of embroidery machine for hats and shirts, the computer embroidery of the pattern is completed. All embroidery work are done stitch by stitch.
