Enterprises with less than 200 employees account for more than 99%, and the market is occupied by a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The proportion of knitting manufacturing enterprises established between 2 and 5 years is relatively high. According to the website data of golden point, there are 1426 enterprises established within two years, accounting for about 16.81%; There are 4178 knitting enterprises established between two and five years, accounting for 49.26%; There are 2877 knitting enterprises which have been established for more than five years, accounting for 33.92%. Most of the enterprises have been established in the last five years. We believe that the market scale of the knitting manufacturing industry is on the rise, and small knitting enterprises may be the main body of the scale growth.
From the statistical data, the per capita annual output / capacity of small enterprises is larger. We randomly selected 34 enterprises with more than 200 employees and 216 enterprises with less than 200 employees from 8481 knitting enterprise data. According to the statistics of per capita factory area, it is found that small enterprises with less than 50 people have the smallest per capita factory area, about 20 square meters per person, and large enterprises with more than 200 people have the largest per capita factory area, 54 square meters per person. We think that the production environment of small enterprises is more compact. Some enterprises also disclosed their annual output data. We think it is closer to the concept of annual capacity, which mainly reflects the capacity of enterprises. According to statistics, in terms of per capita annual output / capacity, small enterprises with less than 50 employees have the largest per capita annual output / capacity, which is 53931, while enterprises with more than 50 employees have volatility in per capita annual output / capacity, which is about 20000.
In terms of equipment volume, small enterprises have more sewing machines per capita, while large enterprises have more average annual output / capacity per sewing machine. Large enterprises have higher equipment ratio and more perfect equipment. We selected 9 kinds of main sewing machines, and calculated the proportion of each enterprise scale and main equipment with the plotter as the benchmark. We found that except for the cloth drawing machine, cloth inspection machine and fabric pre shrinking machine, the proportion of other machines is higher in large enterprises, and the proportion of double needle car and flat car can reach 20:1 and 70:1 respectively, which is about 6 to 7 times of that in small enterprises. This shows that double needle car and flat car are the most important sewing equipment, and large enterprises have more sufficient and perfect equipment for these equipment.
