On the basis of this research, we put forward a practical and new technical scheme of extra thick material sewing machine, including crank slider needle mechanism driven by the upper shaft, cam thread take-up mechanism, shuttle swinging mechanism and compound feeding mechanism. The needle rod crank of the needle mechanism is made with an extension block, one end of which is fixedly connected with the needle rod crank, and the other end is hinged with the needle rod connecting rod.
