Sewing machine equipment plays an important role in improving production efficiency of enterprises
We selected large-scale OEM factories such as Shenzhou International and Jingyuan international for analysis. We find that the enterprises have maintained a large investment intensity in equipment, while the per capita output and per capita income generation have both achieved growth. From the report of Shenzhou International, the fixed assets and staff of property, plant and equipment of Shenzhou International have been growing continuously since 2009. From the perspective of capital expenditure structure, the proportion of equipment used for production is about 40% to 50%. With the continuous investment of equipment, we found that the per capita productivity of its employees has also been improved, from 38000 units / year in 2009 to 500000 in 2019.
Large enterprises may pay more attention to the quality of equipment, while downstream small enterprises may pay more attention to the "quantity" of equipment.

We think that the sewing equipment technology has the trend of continuous iterative upgrading, and whether it is a big technology jump or a small technology upgrade, it will bring about an improvement of the per capita production efficiency of the processing enterprises. From the report of listed companies, the amount of plant equipment per capita increases by investing in more efficient equipment. Although the output of single equipment is not increased, the per capita production efficiency is obviously improved. We believe that large enterprises have more efficient personnel and equipment organization and coordination, and play a more artificial role / reduce labor dependence through equipment investment. We believe that with the sustainable development of leading enterprises in the future, the demand for more efficient production equipment will continue to be vigorous. At the same time, we believe that with the technical upgrading of the equipment, the terminal price of textile / sewing equipment is expected to increase, and the sales scale of the equipment is expected to be further expanded.
